Impacts of gender-affirming treatments on sexual wellness and fertility are of concern in the ongoing debate about gender-affirming medicine. This symposium will equip clinicians to optimize reproductive, menstrual, and sexual health care for transgender and gender diverse individuals. Speakers will discuss scientific evidence and guideline-directed clinical practice to prevent and manage negative reproductive effects of hormone therapy in this population.
