Kazuhiro Ikeda is Associate Professor at Saitama Medical University. His research focuses on elucidating the functions of nuclear receptors, with particular interest in mitochondrial function and metabolic regulation. He is currently working on COX7RP, an estrogen-responsive gene that promotes mitochondrial respiratory chain supercomplex assembly.
