Lisa A. Orloff, MD, FACS, FACE is Director of the Endocrine Head and Neck Surgery Program and Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology, Division of Head and Neck Surgery, at Stanford University School of Medicine. She directs the Thyroid Tumor Program for the Stanford Cancer Center as well as the AHNS Fellowship in Endocrine Head and Neck Surgery at Stanford. Dr. Orloff specializes in diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasound applications within the head and neck, with an emphasis on thyroid cancer and thyroid ablative techniques. She co-chairs the 2026 ATA Thyroid Nodules Guidelines with Susan Mandel, MD, MPH.
