My name is Parham Ghafourifar, DO, and I am a resident physician at Virginia Tech Carilion's Internal Medicine program. I was born in Zurich, Switzerland and have lived all over the east coast. However, I grew up primarily in West Virginia and I consider this home. I plan to apply endocrinology at this upcoming cycle, as I have a deep passion towards treating diabetes and also enjoy the multi-system level care involved in various endocrinologic pathologies.
