My name is Emma Fink, and I am a fourth-year graduate student in the biochemistry and molecular cancer biology department at Loyola University Chicago. My research focuses on how antiestrogens uniquely modify Estrogen Receptor alpha structure to result in unique phenotypes in the context of breast cancer. I have used techniques spanning from computational (molecular dynamics simulations), biophysical (SAXS, cryoEM), and cell-based assays to answer my research question
