MEMORIAL SLOAN KETTERING
New York, NY, United States
I am Angeliki Theodorou, MD, a Research Fellow in the Endocrinology Division and Pituitary Center at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. My research focuses on clinical outcomes in patients with Cushing syndrome and molecular profiling of pituitary tumors, including patient-reported outcomes, genomic and epigenetic studies of pituitary tumors, and multicenter studies on Cushing syndrome. I earned my medical degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2024, where I ranked second in my graduating class with a GPA of 9.52/10. Although I am still in the early stages of my academic career, I have published two first-author papers, including a large prospective cohort study in The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism and a case report in JCEM Case Reports. I also presented my work at ENDO 2025, where I received an Outstanding Abstract Award and delivered an oral presentation on the medical management of Cushing syndrome during pregnancy.
