Laura Curd, MS, is Director of Pharmacometrics at Crinetics Pharmaceuticals, where she supports model-informed drug development for rare endocrine disorders. She holds a Master of Science in Pharmacometrics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from North Carolina State University.
Ms. Curd has over a decade of experience in clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics, supporting dose selection and clinical development strategies across early- and late-phase studies. Her current work focuses on integrating data across clinical trials to inform dosing strategies in both adult and pediatric populations, with a particular emphasis on congenital adrenal hyperplasia and ACTH-dependent Cushing's syndrome.
At ENDO 2026, Ms. Curd will present an exposure-response modeling analysis of Phase 2 data that supported atumelnant dose selection for a Phase 3 study in adult patients with classic congenital adrenal hyperplasia, highlighting the role of pharmacometrics in enabling data-driven decision making in clinical development.
