I am Victor Ivan Moncada Castro, MD, a PGY-4 Endocrinology Fellow in Internal Medicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). I completed my Internal Medicine residency at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, Massachusetts. I earned my medical degree from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras.

My clinical interests include diabetes, metabolic disorders, and general endocrinology, with a focus on delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care.
