Yan Emily Yuan, MD, MSc is a clinical and translational physician-scientist in cardiovascular endocrinology at Brigham and Women's Hospital and an Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Her research aims to define biological mechanisms underlying cardiometabolic disease and translate these insights into improved risk stratification and targeted therapeutic strategies. She has received several honors for her work, including the Young Investigator Award from Women in Endocrinology, the Hearst Young Investigator Award from Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and a Harvard Catalyst K12 Career Development Award.
