Impacts of gender-affirming treatments on sexual wellness and fertility are of concern in the ongoing debate about gender-affirming medicine. This symposium will equip clinicians to optimize reproductive, menstrual, and sexual health care for transgender and gender diverse individuals and in those treated for cancer. Speakers will discuss scientific evidence and guideline-directed clinical practice to prevent and manage negative reproductive effects of hormone therapy in these populations.
