Description: Using a case-based format, this session will address the 2026 guideline recommendations for evaluating and treating patients with central precocious puberty. This global pediatric endocrine disease is characterized by early maturation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis, and it has a strong female predominance. The session will be led by a panel of six guideline authors. Clinical cases will focus on assessment and criteria for treatment of central precocious puberty.
