Poster Authors & Presentation Times
The author presenting the abstract must register for and attend ENDO 2026 to present and validate the published abstract.
If you have posters in more than one topic area scheduled on the same day, and you or a co-author cannot be at all of them, we recommend posting a note on your additional board(s) indicating where attendees can find you.
Abstracts scheduled for poster presentation are:
- Numbered by the scheduled presentation day and location on the ENDOExpo floor (for example, SAT-039 = Saturday presentation, poster board 39). Starting in mid-April, poster presenters can find their poster board number in the ENDO Presenter Portal or by searching for their presentation in the ENDO 2026 Program.
- Grouped on the ENDOExpo floor by topic. Templates that include poster topics and topic icons are available to help identify your poster. Only use the icon or template for the topical category assigned to your poster (see Poster Topic Icon section to follow). Your poster's topical category is indicated at the beginning of your presentation's session title.
- Listed in the ENDO 2026 Meeting App and online ENDO 2026 Program starting mid-April.
- Published as an online supplement in the Journal of the Endocrine Society (JES).
ENDO 2026 has partnered with Enago to offer a full range of language editing, academic translation, and figure services. Discounts on editing services, translations, and more with Enago (

Print on matte material if possible (glossy results in glare).
Providing printed copies of your abstract (posted next to your poster or placed on the floor underneath your poster board) is helpful for attendees viewing your poster when you are not standing next to it.

Poster Mounting & Teardown
The author presenting the abstract must register for and attend ENDO 2026 to present and validate the published abstract.
You may search the
ENDO 2026 Program starting mid-April for your scheduled presentation day.
A 90-minute period has been designated where poster presenters are expected to stand at their poster to interact with passing meeting attendees.
Poster presenters have two options to mount their posters on the day they are scheduled to present:
- Before the ENDOExpo Hall & Poster Floor officially opens, the presenting author may enter the ENDOExpo Hall from 7:30 – 8:00 AM CT to mount the poster on the assigned board. Presenters will need to leave the Hall at 8:00 AM until the Poster Floor and ENDOExpo Hall officially open for the day.
- If not mounted during the 7:30 -8:00 AM period, it can be mounted when the Poster Hall officially opens.
- Posters must be removed on the assigned presentation day before the ENDOExpo Hall closes. Posters that remain in ENDOExpo after the hall closes will be discarded by ENDO Show Management. We will be unable to retrieve any posters that have been discarded.
To mount posters between 7:30 –8:00 AM CT, follow the instructions below:
- Present your ENDO 2026 badge and follow the hall entrance and exit instructions from security personnel.
- Boards are used by different presenters each day. Only mount your poster on your scheduled presentation day.
- Pushpins will be provided. Do not use alternative adhesives.
- You are responsible for your poster carriers, tubes, or mailers. The Society is not responsible for any lost or stolen items on the ENDOExpo floor.
- Posters mounted before 7:30 AM or after the listed times on the designated days will be discarded by ENDO Show Management. We will be unable to retrieve any posters that have been discarded.
If you have posters in more than one topic area scheduled on the same day and you or a co-author cannot be at all of them, we recommend posting a note on your additional board(s) indicating where attendees can find you.
